Coming Soon from Disney / Pixar

The official Disney fan club is called D23 (D for Disney and 23 for the year the company was founded, 1923). There was a D23 Expo last weekend where fans could meet characters, actors, and artists. At the event, they announced several coming attractions:

• Planes, a movie that takes place in the Cars world. Jon Cryer is the voice of Dusty, the main character.

• Wreck-It Ralph, about a video game villain who tries to prove he is not really a bad guy.

• Brave, a Celtic-themed fantasy tale based on a Scottish princess.

• Monsters University, a prequel to Monsters, Inc. about Mike and Sully when they were still learning to be scary monsters at Fear University.

• Two new projects which don't even have names yet:
- one about dinosaurs (what if they never went extinct)
- and a second about what happens within the human mind
