Perks From Work

Everyone has different perks at their place of business. At McDonalds, you might get free or cheap food. At Delta, you might get cheap plane tickets. We have a customer who supplies vending machines and keeps them stocked.

One of our techs is assigned to that company - and he was out fixing a problem yesterday. They had a bunch of soda, chips, candy, etc. that had passed its expiration date. Some was a week old, some a couple of weeks, but they told him they could not use it and to help himself. He surprised us with the story this morning, and we all had fun looking for items for our 'breakfast'.


This is what was left over after it had been picked through and each person had a little stash of candy/chips and a dozen or more sodas at their desk. Now who could turn down free stuff like this???? Ahhhh, the perks of working here!
