About a week ago, some student workers were replacing the base on some empty shelves at the Indiana State University library. They first removed the bracket at the top which holds rows of shelves together. This caused the empty shelves to fall over - into some full shelves. Basically, it was a domino effect with 25,000 books falling everywhere. This reminds me of those Southwest commercials... "Want to get away?"

It took 40 people all day just to move the books out of the way. They estimate it will take a month to get them all back on the shelves in order.

Oh man, that makes me sick to think about. I'm glad I wasn't one of those student workers.
All I can say is "ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh"
